Privacy statement

Who we are

Sigma NZ is a trading name of Kingdom Administration Limited, a New Zealand company based in Whangārei. This statement explains how we collect, use and protect personal information under the Privacy Act 2020. If you have a question about it, email john@sigma-nz.com.

What we collect

Why we collect it

We use personal information to reply to you, work out whether we're a good fit, arrange conversations, deliver work you engage us for, and contact business owners and managers about our services where that's relevant to their role. We use website statistics only in aggregate, to see how the site is used. We don't sell personal information.

Who sees it

Your information is seen by the Sigma NZ team. We also use service providers to run the business, including Cloudflare (website hosting and analytics), Web3Forms (which delivers form submissions to our inbox), Google (email) and our email outreach and client management tools. Some of these providers store information outside New Zealand. We choose reputable providers and share only what they need to provide their service. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete it. If you ask us not to contact you again, we keep a short note of that so we respect your request.

How we protect it

The website is served only over an encrypted connection. Access to the information we hold is limited to the people who need it, and we use providers with strong security practices.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it. Email john@sigma-nz.com and we'll respond within 20 working days. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and every marketing email we send includes a simple way to opt out.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.

Changes

We may update this statement from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
